Global Programs Namibia works with key partners in the health sector to support the Ministry of Health and Social Services (MOHSS).
 
Some of the partners are the Namibia Institute of Pathology (NIP, the Namibia Statistics Agency (NSA), and the University of Namibia (UNAM).
 
Some of the funders for the projects implemented are the CDC, the Drollinger Foundation, and the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation.
 
Projects implemented in the past include Malaria Elimination Initiative, Integrated Bio-Behavioral Study (IBBS), Namibia Population-based HIV Impact Assessment (NAMPHIA), and Recency testing. The current project assists MOHSS in strengthening health informatics.
